2016 Summer Staples

Summer is officially here and that means it's time for sun-kissed skin, sandals, and coconut scented EVERYTHING. Today I'm brining you my five favourite beauty and fashion staples for summer 2016. This summer I've been trying really hard to stay away from black and widening my summer colour palette - neutrals count too right? These items are ones I've been using a lot lately and have basically confirmed that they will be around all summer long.

Arbonne Liquid Sunshine Tinted Self-Tanner

Self Tanner: Even though I love to sit in the sun, I do know it's extremely harmful for your skin. That's why this little bottle of "Liquid Sunshine" has become a close friend of mine. This gradual tanner's plant-based formula is great for your skin and you'll see results in just two hours! My favourite part though is that is isn't greasy at all. 

Ricki's Dark Wash Jean Jacket

Denim Jacket: Whether it's a cool summer night or you're throwing it over a cute summer dress, a good jean jacket is a summer go-to of mine.

Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kit in Koko K & Lip Gloss in So Cute

Lip Colour: If you follow me on Instagram or have read my latest blog posts you'll see I'm definitely loving Kylie Jenner's lip products. My two favourite colours for summer is her Kylie Lip Kit in Koko K and her lipgloss in So Cute. These light pink and nude shades look amazing for summer.

Call it Spring Tihert in White

White Shoes: These white wedged sandals are my most FAVOURITE pair of shoes right now. I've only had them for a couple weeks, but I've worn them about 80 per cent of the time since. They are not only incredibly comfortable, but they look cute with just about any outfit. 

Violet Ray Crossbody Bag

Crossbody Bag: I received this gorgeous bag from my best friend for my birthday. First off I absolutely love how it's an over-the-shoulder bag, and it's also super roomy inside. Secondly, the colour is so beautiful (and great for summer), and I don't own any beige bags so this a perfect addition to my collection.
