5 Items I'll Be Wearing All Summer
Hello and happy July! Not gonna lie, it's a little weird to be saying that already. I feel like 2018 just started a day ago! With that being said we are currently going through some extreme heat here in Winnipeg. We've had many days at +30ºC (86ºF) and today with the humidex we're past 40ºC!! Yup, it's definitely summer here, which means I already have a group of my favourite items that I'll be rocking for the rest of Summer 2018.
Here are five items I'll be wearing all summer long!
1. Essie's Gel Couture Nail Polish in Couture Curator
I found this colour a few weeks ago and I haven't looked back. It is the perfect peachy pink colour for summertime. And the Gel Couture line last about a week long then the regular nail polish which is a complete bonus.
2. Tarte Be A Mermaid & Make Waves Palette (Not for Sale Anymore)
Okay before I talk about how much I love this summery palette, I didn't know until I started writing this blog that it wasn't for sale anymore. SO SAD since this palette is a dream for summer, the colours are #MermaidGoals and so is the packaging.
3. Brash Escape Espadrille Wedge Sandals in Mauve - Payless
I have been looking for a cute and affordable pair of espadrille wedges for a while now. I think these shoes just scream summer, and the dusty rose/mauve colour of them will go perfectly with my summer wardrobe! These shoes are also on clearance which means act fast if you want them. And if they don't have your size online I'd suggest calling your local Payless and seeing if they do.
4. Penny and Grace Starfish Bracelet
I review Penny + Grace subscription boxes for A Year of Boxes and this beachy piece was found in their May subscription box. I absolutely love how delicate and dainty it is, and the gold metal is perfect for summer. 5. Maurices Eyelet Knit Off the Shoulder Dress
I found this dress a couple months ago at Maurices, and fell head-over-heels for it. It is the PERFECT summer dress. I love the light, loose material and how it is off-the-shoulder. I've been wearing it so much already, and I know that's not going to stop anytime soon!
