Spring Style

Last month I had the pleasure of attending the Spring/Summer Fashion Trends Luncheon by Sears Canada, hosted by fashion expert Liv Judd Soye. It was a lovely lunch at Hy's Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar, with some of my fellow Winnipeg bloggers. Liv talked about this seasons biggest trends which includes wearing patterns with patterns, pastels, and contrasting items.

I have to say I was truly impressed by the updated, trendy styles that Sears Canada is bringing into its stores. The variety is great, whether your style is boho, chic, or minimalistic Sears Canada has something for you. I had to check it out for myself, so I stopped by my local Sears. You may have to comb the racks a bit to find what you like, but let me tell you it's worth it. I found myself the gorgeous blush pleated skirt that Liv showcased at the Luncheon, and a cute white tank that's a great classic piece, and they both fit seamlessly into my wardrobe.

The outfit I put together is springy, girly, and also a perfect Easter choice in my opinion. I paired the two items I found with a few other ones from my wardrobe to complete the look.
